Cobe wins adidas World of Sports Conference Center
Cobe has won the international competition for adidas’ new flagship building – adidas Meet & Eat – a public conference center with employee restaurant and showroom, located at the headquarters campus of the adidas Group in Germany.
The project is slated for completion at the end of 2018.
Israel's Square completed
Israel’s Square in Copenhagen has been undergoing a huge renewal since we won the competition in 2008. Now the new square is completed.
Nordhavnen under construction
Nordhavnen in Copenhagen is currently undergoing a huge transformation in becoming a new Copenhagen neighbourhood. At the moment, the construction of both the urban spaces, building plots and landfill is well underway.
Cobe wins Køge North Station
Cobe has been announced winner of the international design competition for Køge North Station in Denmark. Besides being a traffic hub for the entire Copenhagen region, providing a much-needed boost to efficient public transport and marking the beginning of a new and much better connected Øresund region, the station will also be a distinctive landmark for the area with its 225 meter long pedestrian bridge.
Red Cross Volunteer House unveiled
Today, a new iconic Volunteer House for the Danish Red Cross is unveiled. The Volunteer House will be built as an extension to the existing headquarters of Danish Red Cross in Copenhagen. The building is shaped as a triangle rising up towards the headquarters. A spectacular roof surface with stairs and terraces makes it a distinctive spot inviting people in and encouraging passersby to enter and explore.
Roskilde Festival Folk High School is now a reality
The funding for Roskilde Festival Folk High School has been finalised and the detailing phase of the project can now commence. Roskilde Festival Folk High School will be part of ROCKmagneten located in Roskilde’s new creative neighbourhood Musicon, along with the new Danish Rock Museum. Built in and around an existing factory building the 3.600 m² folk high school will be the first folk high school to be built since 1969. The Roskilde Festival Folk High School’s program will include teaching facilities as well as student housing, workshops and conference facilities. The architecture is created by Cobe in collaboration with Dutch architects MVRDV, and the funding is granted by A.P. Møller Fonden and Realdania together with Roskilde Municipality and Roskilde Festival. Project construction begins in 2015 and is expected to be completed by 2017.
Cobe awarded Gazelle 2014
For the third year in a row, Cobe is appointed a Gazelle by the Danish business newspaper Børsen. The nomination of Gazelles is based on financial statements, and the award is appointed to companies showing significant growth each year within the past four years.
BBC announces Porsgrunn Maritime Museum one of the greatest new museums in the world
BBC recently announced a list of the eight greatest new museums in the world. Porsgrunn Maritime Museum in Norway is on the list, and we are proud to be behind the architecture of the aluminium-clad, zigzag-shaped building.

Forfatterhuset Kindergarten completed
Cobe has completed the Kindergarten Forfatterhuset in Copenhagen and 160 children have moved in. Five small houses with a unique brick cladding and green roofs and roof gardens create the framework for Copenhagen's new kindergarten.
Cobe wins Tampere Travel and Service Center
Cobe has been announced winner of the international design competition for the new Tampere Travel and Service Centre in Finland. The project "ReConnecting Tampere" not only has the potential to become a gateway to Tampere and the rest of Finland, but also the potential of becomming a generator for the future development of the urban centre of Tampere.
