
Krøyers Plads wins Best Residential Development at MIPIM Awards 2015
Last night, Krøyers Plads won the prestigious MIPIM Award at the Awards Prize-giving Ceremony in Cannes, France. Krøyers Plads won in the category Best Residential Development for its sustainable profile combined with world class architecture. Krøyers Plads is the first residential building in Denmark to obtain the Nordic ecolabel ‘Svanemærket’.
Created in 1991, the MIPIM Awards is an internationally-renowned real estate competition. The MIPIM Awards honour the most outstanding and accomplished projects, completed or yet to be built, around the world.

Dan Stubbergaard receives the Dreyer Foundation’s Honorary Award
Yesterday, Dan Stubbergaard recieved the Dreyer Foundation’s Honorary Award. The Honorary Award is granted to an architect who has made a particularly valuable contribution within his or her field, and was this year granted to Cobe for “the studio’s brilliant ability to embrace the city's daily life in unpretentious and animating frames.”

Farsta centre
Stockholm is one of Europe’s fastest growing city regions. Over the next 30 years it is expected to grow by 140.000 inhabitants. To handle this growth the City of Stockholm has defined 9 strategic growth centres around Stockholm. The first one to be developed is Farsta.

Cobe wins masterplan to transform air base
Freja Ejendomme selects Cobe, together with Tredje Natur, for the future development of a former Royal Danish Air Force air base located in the Copenhagen suburb of Værløse. The air base holds both F16 shelters, historic hangars and abandoned sheds, and will in the future be accompanied by housing and offices.

Krøyers Plads inaugurated
Yesterday, the first of three building units at Krøyers Plads was inaugurated. As Denmark's first apartment building marked with The Nordic Eco-label, Danish Minister for Climate, Energy and Building, Rasmus Helvig Petersen, presented our team with the certificate.
The construction of the next two apartment blocks continues and will be completed at the end of 2015.

Nørreport Station inaugurated
Nørreport Station was inaugurated this weekend with speeches, concerts and guided tours around the station. The project will be completed in the middle of 2015.

Cobe selected to develop Farsta Centre
Atrium Ljungberg and the City of Stockholm selects Cobe, together with SLA, Tyrens, ICP and Yngve Andren, for the further development of Farsta Centre. Farsta Centre is developed in the 1960's from modernist ideals of life in the green and separation of functions, and is today the first of 9 strategic growth centers in Stockholm.

Cobe wins adidas World of Sports Conference Center
Cobe has won the international competition for adidas’ new flagship building – adidas Meet & Eat – a public conference center with employee restaurant and showroom, located at the headquarters campus of the adidas Group in Germany.
The project is slated for completion at the end of 2018.
