On Monday 12 January, five Australian students of architecture, engineering and design started their exchange stay in Copenhagen as part of the exchange programme MADE by the Opera House. The students will spend the next six weeks at Cobe, working on an interdisciplinary project in Nordhavnen.
As well as providing multi-disciplinary and cultural experience for Australian and Danish students, the program will foster cultural links between the two countries. The programme will run over 10 years, ending on the date of the 50th anniversary of Sydney Opera House. Each year, 10 students will enrol in the exchange programme: five Danish and five Australian students.
